Sofia R. ★★★★★

First shot with this 56mm and the autofocus locked onto my daughter's eye even in dim living room light. Build quality is solid metal, and that f/1.2 gives a dreamy background blur that made me delete very few photos.

Chloe ★★★★★

Came for the f/1.2 and wasn’t disappointed — the bokeh is creamy even wide open, and autofocus locks on reliably in low light. Only gripe is the lens is a bit hefty for walkaround use, but the sharpness at 56mm makes it worth the weight for portraits.

Michael ★★★★★

I've been shooting portraits with this lens for a few weeks now, and the autofocus is impressively snappy even in dim light. The build quality feels solid but it's lighter than I expected for such a fast f/1.2 lens.
